Menu Collaborative with Little Sesame x Sumac
Little Sesame is making a Summer of Hummus Road Trip stop at New York Time’s 50 best Sumac, located in Sperryville on the foothills of the Shenandoah National Park. Join us on a celebration of good food, seasonal flavors, and the beautiful outdoors the Saturday of the summer solstice.
On Saturday, June 21st Chefs Nick Wiseman and Ronen Tenne of Little Sesame will join forces with the Sumac Team to create a special collaborative menu. Reserve your spot for this special day of service. Tickets are for the chef’s prix fixe Tasting Menu.
Ticket sales end on 6/18/25 at 10 PM. As always, a la carte orders will be available first come, first served basis.
CELEBRATE THE SUMMER SOLSTICE AT PARTY WITH FRIENDS
On Saturday, Pen Druid Brewing will host The Fly Birds for live bluegrass music. Sumac will serve a special collaborative menu with Little Sesame. Drink pairings from Pen Druid. Dolcezza will be on site serving gelato. Join us for a fun celebration Solstice weekend Party With Friends! The Fly Birds will perform 3-5pm.
In the evening, the film premiere of Catching Pinecones will be shown inside the Taproom at 7:30pm. Directed by Chadd Heddleston, this documentary shares the story of Jan and Herb Conn, a climbing couple who pioneered the sport in the early-mid 20th century. The film is supported by a grant from VA Public Television and PBS.
